Andrea McGee

After the birth of her first daughter in 2009, exercise became an integral part of Andrea's daily routine. Pilates was nit her first choice of exercise, however, after suffering from back pain following 2 pregnancies she quickly discovered what a powerful tool it was.
Andrea is qualified in pre & post natal, beginner to advanced Pilates, Pilates for the ageing population, Barre & TRX training.

Sarah Cush

Sara Kate is a Vinyasa Yoga instructor with a huge passion for movement & wellness.
Sara first discovered Yoga 10 years ago while living in Montreal. It did not take long for Yoga to become so much more than a physical practice for Sara as she noticed how flowing through sequences greatly enhanced her mood and eased her anxiety. Sara is a fan of strong dynamic sequences so you can expect an invigorating & energetic class.

Andi Vard

Andi endeavours to share her knowledge of body mechanics with all who attend her classes.

She feels that to connect with ones own breath pattern and understand how and why we perform certain movements inspires body awareness and confidence.

Whichever class you drop into you are guaranteed to receive an overall body workout , increase your cardio output and condition both body & mind.

Aodhnait Culley

Aodhnait (pronounced Ena) discovered the wonders of Pilates and a love for a healthy and active lifestyle in New Zealand. Aodhnait is Stotts Pilates trained & believes that whilst there is no doubt that Pilates helps build strength and flexibility; it can also help to enhance how we move day to day, how we feel and our general well-being. Aodhnait’s aim is to help people reach their goals, gain confidence and have fun in her class.

Catie Pauley

Catie is a yoga teacher originally from the U.S. and now happily living in Dublin! She loves to teach high-energy flow that will get you out of your head and into the moment. Prepare to sweat, smile, and have a laugh or two during your practice. You don't need to be a seasoned yogi to take her classes, there are always plenty of modifications for everyone's experience level.

Aoife Walsh

Aoife believes that Yoga is for everybody. Her goal is to create a space where people feel comfortable to explore yoga and all the wonderful benefits.
In 2012 Aoife began her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Therapy Ireland, since then she has trained in Kids & Family Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and trained as a Birth Doula.
Aoife works in Communications at a Maternity & Women’s Health Hospital and is passionate about empowering women and their partners for labour & birth.

Patricia McGowan

Patricia has a passion for people, health & wellbeing! She focuses on empowering clients by teaching them the fundamentals so they can create long lasting habits & improve their overall quality of life.
Patricia's qualifications include Nutrition, Sport & Exercise management, Pilates, pre & post natal training

Alison Hayes

Originally a school teacher, Ali is passionate about fitness & decided to retrain in the National Training Centre.
Since completing her training, she has been dedicated and committed to helping others become more confident and motivated through personal training and fitness classes. Ali has since qualified as a Ballet Barre instructor and loves teaching both resistance training and Pilates.

Ali believes in a friendly,
supportive class, encouraging motivation &
inspiration throughout.

Oksana Burke

Oksana is a qualified Yoga teacher and Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor. Her yoga journey started in 2004. She practises a variety of a Yoga styles (Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin). She completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Therapy Ireland and has also completed training in Yin Yoga. Her classes are challenging and creative. She encourages students to focus on their own progress, to listen to their body and enjoy.

Chris Young

Chris got into coaching to make fitness more friendly and accessible to everyone and finds it extremely rewarding when clients have a win or make progress.

In 2010 Chris decided to start strength training and get certified as a personal trainer.
He has worked as a personal trainer in New York/New jersey and trained in UFC .
These days Chris has gotten into CrossFit and is a level 1 CrossFit coach.

Susie Murray

Susie is an advanced Yoga teacher as well as being qualified in Pilates & Barre. Susie's approach is diverse and rich in dynamic flow. Alignment & balanced energy are consistent points of focus in all her classes to inspire strength, agility, adaptability & flexibility in the body & mind.

Susie Coakley

Susie first discovered yoga when living in sunny Sydney, Australia where she practised outdoors on the beautiful sandy beaches. Since moving back to Dublin in 2014 she qualified as a yoga teacher, mainly teaching a dynamic vinyasa style class focused on breathing and alignment. Every class is an opportunity to hit the “restart” button and Susie is dedicated to giving her students the opportunity to slow down and balance the body and mind.
Susie is also passionate about Yoga as a tool for empowering women and their bodies both during and after their pregnancies. She is qualified in pre and post-natal/ mum and baby yoga as well as kids and teens yoga and teaches regularly in schools across Dublin.
