Set to music this fun and energising class combines Pilates, yoga, ballet, and sculpting methods with small, precise movements to target and tone trouble spots. This class provides a full body workout including core, arms, legs, glutes, strength, balance and stretch. The class will be switched up on a regular basis and equipment such weights and Pilates balls may be used to max out the burn factor.


Restorative Pilates

Using the best of Pilates/Yoga mobilisations, myofascial release techniques and PNF stretching. These relaxing sessions help you build flexibility and strength at the same time as releasing joint tightness and muscle pain.
