What do I wear?

Wear unrestrictive clothing with your ankles and knees visible for safety. Leggings or shorts and a tight t-shirts are ideal. Yoga and Pilates is practised in bare feet, socks may be worn if preferred. Clothing should not trial on the floor. 

How big will the class be?

We promise small personalised classes. Maximum of 14 people. 

Do I need to book or can I 'drop in' to classes?

Our classes are pre-booked which enables us to keep them small, this is especially important to those who are newer to our studio. Drop is is allowed provided there is space, however it is always best to pre book to guarantee a place.

How often should I come?

Although you can attend one class per week, it is best if possible to come at least twice. Many people come three times a week.  The more often you come then the faster your progress will be. We offer substantial discounts to those booking more than one class per week.

Can I eat before class?

You should leave at least four hours after a main meal and one hour after a light snack before practising Yoga or Pilates.

Do I need a mat or a towel?

It is best to have your own mat we do have spare mats in the studio for your convenience. We provide towels upon request.

I'm not very flexible, will it be suitable for me?

Yoga & or Pilates is for all. You don’t need to be fit or flexible to take part. With the use of props our expert instructors will help you achieve the most from your workout regardless of your range of movement. 

I have a sore back, is this class for me?

If you are suffering from an injury it is essential that you speak to the instructor before working out so they can assess your individual needs. One to one sessions or rehabilitation Pilates is available and can be the best way to start your fitness journey. With any injury it is important to start slowly and to modify the movements to suit your needs.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellation of individual classes must be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 24 hours before a class. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the cancellation window you will be charged for the class and deemed to have attended.

How do waiting lists work?

If a class is full, you can add your name to the wait list. If a space opens you will be automatically added to the class. It is assumed you will take the space you have been allocated, if you wish to cancel you should do so in the normal way.
If you are added with less than 24 hours notice you can cancel without the class being deducted from your series.
